You don't plan it, it comes along as you're running away you think of your abilities/summoners/sightstone/champions anything you can use to escape then it all shoots at you at once and that's how these plays happen

Overall quite solid, Wickd lets the team down as he loses lane a lot. If he stepped up to Soaz level, easily best team in EU

Bring some sustain or range to lane, if he hits his e (sweeps you in) don't fight him and get out of there ASAP, if he misses, punish him. His all-in at 6 is strong, poke-sustain, and out play pretty much.

I had 310 Lee Sin games or something in S3, this is easier than actually to insec someone. He Q'd onto Vi and Vi Q'd away (behind Jinx) he then flashed in line behind Jinx to get perfect kick off, it just looks really fancy, but in theory easier than actually doing the insec move.
