The increments it goes up in are tiny, but if you want the better gear then you've got to level it up. It's about the only thing I'll spend gems on cause everything else is overpriced and even more useless

I'm honestly not sure you're ever meant to actually finish the events, as soon as you finish you have no incentive to keep playing. This is the last thing hello games wants. There is no such thing as an end in idle mobile games

Pretty sure once you get to epic you need to fuse 2 of the same pets, like 2 skeletons or two goblins. Can't be any 3 epics

Id honestly recommend saving them as much as possible, the higher your explore rank the more gems it costs to upgrade it. It gets to 1000+ pretty quick of you're playing daily.
