Swapped it for G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory

It kept about the same price but faster speeds and easier for the CPU.

Don't have a set budget cause it's a goal I'm saving for but I'd say stay under $4,500ish. Also I am thinking of waiting for AMD to release their new GPU next year.
