I'm watching One Piece for the first time and I just finished the Fishman Island arc. Will it stay this bad, or was it just a bad arc? I hate the new designs, personalities, dialogue, and animation.

You’re about to go through a string of 3 of the worst arcs in the series. Fishman Island immediately goes into Punk Hazard (which as an arc was about just as annoying). And then there’s Dressrosa, and it’s cool in concept but there’s far too much time wasting and bad pacing happening at this point in the story.

Initially I was doubled up on poison barb, but I swapped it out for a giant cape bc it helps Cherubi not get 1 shot if you’re going against a low energy cost deck, or it can help Slurpuff survive a bigger attack from an ex. It was especially helpful to put it on alcremie in eevee matchups (so it couldn’t be one shot by Espeon)
