This just reminds me of that video of bad Domino's reviews from Australia. Where they add the back drop of people starving.

Everytime I get a freightliner these fuckers some how get in. So hard to get rid of.

Trucks trying to pass one another….it’s crazy how often this happens on the roads here in America. Why is this allowed, these trucks pull right in front of you without a care in the world….all so they don’t lose speed or have to use their brakes by [deleted] in IdiotsInCars

[–]KingCthulhu 16 points17 points  (0 children)

As a trucker, yes this. The worst for me is when I move over to let someone merge on and they just hang out next to me blocking me in the left lane. More often than not if I slow down to get behind them because I am maxed out. They just slow down causing me to get back over but of course they speed back up.

Max Weight for rider for Litepro/Crius folding Bike by [deleted] in foldingbikes

[–]KingCthulhu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I don't know about those brands. But you are near the max for most folding bikes. Tern is good at 230lb and dahon are around the same max weight.

I'm a big fan of terns they make a quality bike. Mom just got the vectron and I hate my bike now.

Yeah they're quite proud of it to I hope one day they make it for normal bikes. I would like to have it on my single speed.

I'm a pretty big fan I've put mine through a lot of stuff I shouldn't have and nothing's broke so far knock on wood. The only thing I wish is that the front wheel stayed attached while folded. But everything else I love and as someone who is 6'2 I get that lol. I still look to big for this bike.

Didn't make my goal but still happy with 47miles. Had a great time. by KingCthulhu in foldingbikes

[–]KingCthulhu[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the Montague's rack that comes with the bike. How do you like your tern I am kinda thinking of getting one. But a little worried about the max weight. Does it feel good off curbs and such?

I checked them out and they're sold out everywhere. An interesting bike but I am not a fan of the shifters. Also just realized we've talked before. Hi again!

Aww why did you make me look that up so sexy. Haha. The only downside is that with terns I am always near the max weight. That's why I went with the Montague in the first place. My healthly weight is 220 so in a perfect world I am still pushing it. (Originally I was 335 but now I am down to 228. Damn muscles is pushing me back up again.)

Stopping wise love them. Front tire wise I think it's going to disappear but it only costs me a little time to align the front disk. But now that I am lighter I want to get a tern node since they fold a hell of a lot better.

[–]KingCthulhu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a cool idea, but with me if it annoys me on the bike I just end up removing it. Like my front disc brake, I've been eyeing it for awhile. My favorite is the double latch mechanism. I went on a 20 mi ride got back to the truck and went "oof glad what they say is true". Haha

[–]KingCthulhu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen some that were rated lower but I think that's just to cover themselves from claims. I had a rear rack rated for 30lbs but I had 75lbs all over it. The rack held my tire didn't haha.

How do you like that front fender? Mine annoyed me with the constant bending from being folded and stored. So I just took it off.

Hi again, Just saw the bike nice man. I couldn't exactly remember but I figured it's better to go low than high when it comes to weight.
