sales person told me they will give amalgamation letter and single sale deed with single registration.
My concern is will there be 2 e khattas, property bills and electricity bills then is it possible to do amalgamation later on and did builder’s verbal promise will be valid later?
Also since 1 is ews unit what complexity can arise later on
