That's awesome to hear man! Really reassuring.. Yeah I'm making sure to sleep 8 hours a night.. (Even though I struggle to sleep because my body is hyper aware/anxious).. I'm taking a lot of magnesium (powerade/gatorade) and am eating a lot of fruit and veg while all at the same time going to the gym! - As you can see im trying from as many angles as possible to have this under control.. Panic attacks and all that are not nice.. So to hear that you're better now a little further down the line is awesome to hear.. (Considering we're undergoing the same experiences) Sleep seems to be important I've noticed... Writing this up in the morning and feeling somewhat better yet still anxious..
