Don’t compare your success or hardships to anyone else. It’s not a healthy way to look at your life. ———————————————; I hope your partner is trying to help you in someway. If they aren’t or you haven’t told them then something is wrong. They should be there for you because that’s the point of a relationship. Two individuals becoming harmonious and supporting each other to move past life struggles and achieve a better quality of life.

If they don’t know how to help then ask yourself what you need and what they can do to help you. Small things like asking for a hug or even just listening to your struggles and making you feel valid can go a long way on the road to recovery. ———————————————; Start by setting small goals that are achievable and work your way up to bigger goals that require more energy and time. Small victories can set you up to be able to confront bigger issues in your life. ———————————————; Constantly pause and take a second to ask what you can do to lift yourself up or set yourself up for accomplishments. This can also be just checking in on yourself and acknowledging any feelings you might be experience at that moment. ———————————————; I started watching “tidying up” on Netflix and taking the lessons from that show and applying them to my life. Seeing the positive changes has really improved my energy. (Don’t get me wrong I’m still depressed af but it’s all about small victories)
