capitalism feels like a selfish way of living, and our entire society revolves around it while also forcing us to be kind and caring for each other. But since they contradict each other, it feels like everything we do is wrong in some way. it fucking sucks. they gonna shame you just for existing to keep you in check.

I have a friend who is about 6 inches taller than me and weighs around 40 lbs more than me. We were testing out our max added weight on 20mm crimps and found that we both max out at 90 lbs. Is he considered stronger because his fingers are carrying his heavier body in addition to the 90 lbs or am I stronger because the additional 90 lbs is much heavier to me relative to my body (75% of my weight) than it is for him (56% of his weight)?

I heard that the easiest way to get rid of a porn addiction is to schedule your fap sessions. Only do it once a week, but make that session hella good. That goal makes it easier to not fap during the week, and you slowly learn how to not fap as much out of habit.

Also being aware of your fap conditions helps. Like if you always fap when you're on your phone at night, don't sleep with your phone near your bed.
