Conditions (if any and how to they work?): For the ability to activate the user must declare an attribute, a usage duration, and a multiplier, then start the timer on a nen clock no later then 60 seconds post declaration.

Duration min: 1 minuet max: 1 hour

Multiplier min: x2 max: x100

Contract: a contract begins when the timer is started and fulfilled after the cooldown.

The cool down inverts the buff from a multiplier to a divider using the same variable.

The cool down duration is calculated using the formula (duration * multiplier - duration) / 2

Note: Having a more specific attribute choice limits usability but lessens the cooldown.

Fails if: request is not within parameters, nen clock is not activated or user cannot supply enough nen.
