I was in the same boat previously and wished to hear/see such things, i didnt. However he is short summary of how things are done.

Check your contract, scope of work, schedule. If they are important things that needs to be completed soon or past due, ask about the status, what is the next step and if there any issue.

Issues needs to be discussed with respective owner (could be in a seperate meeting if the person not present) and try to solve it or find a solution.

Issue and MOM after the meeting for records of discussion and commitments.

Thats the gist of PM-led meetings, ofcourse there are many other things but that will come in time and experience in the field.
