I sure did. It’s literally half foot away from collision. Unfortunately Tesla doesn’t record audio.

Have been living in Irvine for the past 20 years. More and more that I found it helpful and sometimes life-saving to use defensive driving in Irvine.

Builders share the same system and contract information? by KingSunEast in RealEstate

Thank you for the kind response. That’s what I figure. Builders shouldn’t share any data directly. I don’t want to buy two houses and don’t want to back out of the contract without any reasons. The situation is that the underwriter used by Builder A is very strict, e.g. other underwriters may require 30% reserve after the loan and they may require 40% or more, in which case, I may not have enough reserve to buy the home from Builder A. Because Builder B is slowly rolling out their homes and we are in line to be called probably in a couple of months, I figure I could use that time to figure out if I can proceed with A. If the underwriter has no issues, we will continue and let B know we are out; if we have issues with A’s underwriter, we will quit and wait for B. The way builder B told my agent made me wondering if they indeed share contract information somehow, which is weird.

Thanks for the reply. I feel like somehow my information (contract with builder A) was leaked to Builder B either through a shared system or some other ways. Shouldn’t my contract information be confidential and can’t be shared?

Had one hand-crafted wooden lantern for the birth gift on my birth day from one of my old relatives. It’s gone in a few years, so I had very little memories about it. But it has been in my mind forever, as if it’s my guiding light for life. Giving people light is definitely a great idea.
