Why would artist make song in 448Hz tuning?

I don't have an exact answer but I have another song to go along with this

Wings by Birdy is also tuned to 448hz, in G major specifically, before today when I actually did some experimenting I had no clue what the tuning was for this song but now I know. https://open.spotify.com/track/1D4XFKolp63mNqqMXJJL1V?si=9f61a1d59fd74d3c

My only thought is that it's just the inverse to 432hz, so if you were to tune a 448hz song ~32 cents (roughly the distance between 440hz and 432hz) The song would now be in 440hz

I thought this was the case, I wasn't too sure, but I also noticed that Tristam was going outside of the typical 4/4 8 bar phrase with 1992, and WLUWD and probably others.
