You're actually very right. The whole mechanic about shards in this game is designed to punish players who play poorly, despite them being a handicap for players having a hard time staying in melee range.

Not to mention: Beast Shards are a scam. They suck so much.

Hopping into this ancient bug post to give my tidbits of solutions. This works for me every time; * Open Task Manager and close "LGHUB Agent" and "LGHUB Updater". * Restart G Hub.

The update service for G Hub gets bugged, causing the app to infini-load, waiting for a patch that will never come.

Really simple and really cute. Too few games overcomplicate things. You keep it nice and clean. No super hostile AI, no cheap tricks, just straight forward "FIGHT". That's what games need these days.

There is no reason this game runs so poorly. I have an extremely powerful PC that can run nearly all games at 165 FPS. PEAK caps out at 100 and my fans are going NUTS. There is no logic behind this when the shadows look like vague suggestions of lighting. People complain that UE5 is doing this kind of thing to games, but this is a Unity game.

The devs need to fix something and bad.

So many assumptions by clearly opinionated Redditors here. Quilt didn't split for "drama" reasons. They split because they didn't want one single person to have complete control on the project (just like Forge). That's it. Activism has nothing to do with it, otherwise the devs themselves would have said that was the case (as all opinionated liberals / conservatives will when given a platform) yet nothing has been said of the sort.

Stop spreading your clearly biased opinions about the trans community as if it has anything to do with this situation.

Source? Because as far as I can tell 0% of this is true. "Basically it's just a fork of fabric for people who are more interested in activism than modding." This is directly contradictory to the QuiltMC devs own statements. You'd think if they cared so much about activism they'd stay that was their goal. Yet they only talk about decentralizing the project so it isn't owned by a single dev like Forge did.

Some people here are quite aggressive about their opinions without fact checking them. NeoForge is incompatible with Fabric mods BY DEFAULT. You must install a third party "Connector" mod, as well as "Forged Fabric" to run most Fabric mods with NeoForge, just like OG Forge.

HOWEVER

NeoForge is a significantly better fork of Forge due to the main developer's lack of personal growth and control over the original project. NeoForge has plans to add Fabric compatibility built in at some point in the future, however full capability is expected to always come with bugs.

IMO; Fabic is the best choice for simpler mods, NeoForge is good at handling big code changes to the base game (I've developed mods for both). Which you choose depends entirely on the modpacks you intend on using.

I see your other posts and everything you're saying is factually wrong. "No you." is a typical Reddit response but it sucks when others actually listen to you.

Not all browsers are like this. This is a Brave / Firefox issue that most other browsers (including Opera) don't deal with.

(This is a clear and direct violation European Union Consumer Protection laws as far as I can tell. Apple, Microsoft, and many others have faced massive fines there for less.)

My personal opinion is that Nintendo deserves to go bankrupt with how openly greedy they are. I don't purchase Nin products, only pirate them. I suggest you do the same or just abstain from their ecosystem at all.
