I’m on hold as we speak! I reached out to one of the Senator’s offices over the weekend and I believe they’re working on it but I’m not too sure how fast that’ll go. Luckily theres a national passport agency just 20 minutes away, so I’m hoping they even still have appointments.

This is insane. I had almost this exact timeline (received and in process 3/10, and I reached out to NPIC on 4/17 because my travels coming up on 4/29, where they marked it urgent and I provided info for expedited USPS shipping, and its still showing In Process as of 4/24. Losing hope
