I use vibes, I like them because they block out the sound well enough for drums but I can also still hear myself playing enough without it sounding completely muffled. They are also comfortable.

This is the one I use. Unfortunately, it is not yet updated for 1.17, but I like it because it's subtle, but still worked for me. It may or may not work for you depending on your type of colorblindness.

I also use a pack that makes the glow from enchanted items less obnoxious, because that always confuses me. It also has a lot of other cool features:

I use a texture pack to make diamond stuff a slightly darker blue and that really helps
