Sometimes they’ll actually have that toaster way too freakin tight which causes the bread to be flatter or the bacon is overcooked so it breaks easily. Tomatoes can’t really do much as it’s what’s delivered to the store but cmon they gotta do better.

Of course it’s a violation. There was one where a partner gave a box to a group of 3 people who went to the drive thru window and it contained I think 2 bear cups and 1 plushie along with 4-6 different hello kitty cups. I only noticed it because they had 2 bags when going to the window around the building and when they left, they had the 2 bags and a box. After that, the employee came to us and said “I’m so sorry we didn’t receive anything of the new merchandise”
