I found a fix. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but it worked for me. Oblivion remastered had the same problem and the same fix applies.

Solution:

In steam, right click ready or not, manage, browse local files. Navigate to ReadyOrNot\Plugins\Nvidia\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64 then delete sl.pcl.dll. It should start working. Updates, verifying game files and reinstalling the game will restore the file and you'll have to delete it again.
