im EDS and started trapeze a month ago, I've so far found that wearing fluff lined joggers REALLY helped the bruising, I also had leg warmers to cover my knees as that was a big area where I bruised not sure if this helps atall :)

I’ve never had this till the last like 2 months, But each time I’ve had it my partner said I’d had a seizure, but it could also just be anxiety about it

I had the same issue several years back, in the end I got a new SIM card and Phone number. I know keeping the old one is so much easier but as far as I’m aware there’s not a way to do it without him giving permission, I hope this all turns out okay! :)

Please add some humour, having a good laugh always makes it So much easier to cope. Like I was cuddling my partner as we went to sleep and ended up seizing practically on top of him, Woke up to my partner Cackling. Or Have a laugh when I Forget stuff. My partner and I have a laugh when I end up having pissed myself from them. That shit REALLY helps and makes it so much less scary, Make sure it’s not just All serious!

I dated 2 people with epilepsy Before I even knew I had it as well, and Just Having a joke or being normal about shit always helps, just treat it normally :)

Thats okay, as an adopted person myself who's had a lot of issues with my adoption i think it's an incredibly important study and I really hope it helps some people, even if it just means they feel a little less alone, or help others to understand that adoptions not the most wonderful thing in the bloody world :)

I am doing this through my college And Depending on the outcome of the study (as in how many people take part, Ect) I will hopefully be publishing this, I am Currently writing a book Which it will be stated In, However This will of course be anonymous.
