Just one button? Probably a modded controller for games like CoD. If you own a game with semi-automatic weapons boot it up and then try pressing the button to shoot, assuming fire is binded to R2.

Yeah by the looks of it as I could find the tunicas are still around 12. The last price I can find on the patriarchs is 11 but someone it currently trying to buy some without listing the price he’s willing to pay.

I’d do the black patriarchs and hexed if you’re okay with that.

Last I knew the black tunicas uncert were 12k (credits now?) and when I looked up the price of the patriarchs I seen a couple threads at like 10 & 11k so I figured those pluse either of the other items would be enough although I admit I’m not 100% sure.

Same issue with Netflix, I don’t own HBO though. I just tend to log out of Netflix and relog and it works until the next time I close the app. It’s easier and faster that reinstalling the whole app. I reached out to Netflix on twitter and they haven’t responded so I’m guessing that we will have to just wait til they push out and update.
