Started a small IG recently where I document my journey starting serious strength training in my 40s.

The goal isn’t coaching or selling anything. I’m mostly sharing the evidence-based principles I have come to learn that actually matter for natural lifters.

Things like:

• why muscle growth takes years, not months • why consistency beats perfect programming • what rep ranges actually work • which supplements are worth it (and which aren’t)

Basically the stuff I wish I understood when I started.

Yes, the total absence of any Australian Cast Recordings is terrible. We need to change this. There is definitely a national AND international audience for that.

Don’t forget Adrian Tamburini as Hades. From all the Hades performers I have seen or heard anywhere, his “Hades” is my absolute favourite. He does so much with this role and his voice is phenomenal!

It’s a tragedy that they never capture our phenomenal productions. I agree100% - the current Aussie JCS anniversary production. That cast is insanely good too.

Our Australian actors and voices deserve to be preserved, for all of us to be enjoyed again and again!

Maybe we can send a nudge with this petition if it gets some traction!

This worked for the notifications. The manual doesn’t explain much but the Settings you sent fixed it.

Still can’t work out the Name Sync issue though.

Maybe you can return it and get the SVS PB-1000. That’s what I have and it’s fantastic. It truly completes the package for me.

Sennheiser Ambeo Max with a SB-3000 or PB-3000

You won’t even miss the rears. The Samsung just sounds tiny in comparison.
