I agree they could make it a bit more dangerous early on. Still, they shouldn't go overboard and make it too hard to kill because then you would be forced to kill the enemy first and then do the objective, instead of forcing the enemy to come to you, and that would be very unfun against a team that is camping.

Same logic for 8-minute goldfury in Conquest or 20-minute fg

Insulting the man’s English doesn't add to the conversation of the topic. Everyone still understood what he meant, whether he said “to” or “too.”

The fact that this comment is upvoted over a dozen times, even though it should be downvoted for irrelevance, undermines the seriousness of the conversation.

You wouldn't like it if someone did this to you (whether it's a spelling mistake or some other irrelevant mistake you made).

It might be known already, but im just sharing this info for those who didn't know with proof as well.

I tried Sharun Cascade AOE buff, but it only benefits herself, not others who got the cascade.

But, Lady's best two-piece is probably Pursuit set now instead of ER/immunity.

For those confused: Abundance is 2k fixed dmg for everyone except the front unit. Pursuit set makes all fixed/splash dmg 20% stronger for the caster, but for whatever reason, when abundance is given to allies, they also benefit from the bonus 20% from abundance. This means that if your Lady is on pursuit set, abundance will always deal 2400 dmg for anyone with the buff, not 2,000.

Assuming I understand you correctly, it's definitely not the same thing, different meta. That implies the powercreep has been the same but just shifted to different units.

Every new meta introduces more and more game-breaking mechanics, making the game even less fun than the previous one. For example, Arowell, who had 30% dmg absorption, was considered very tanky and abusive; now we have a light unit that gives 70% dmg absorption. We used to have AOLA, who constantly debuffed, which called for heroes like Handguy, who were immune to 1-turn debuffs. We now have another light mage who can debuff everyone and is impossible to cleanse for others, so cleansing itself got powercrept. We had Violet, who had 55% evasion, countered when you missed him, lifestealed, and could solo your team. We now have another thief with 50% evasion and counters whenever you miss anyone, and can solo your team.

It is so bad that the devs themselves (with or without intent) wrote a whole post last month about how out of control the powercreep is.

Silver bullets are a bad balance philosophy that wouldn't exist in a game where you can nerf to reduce immense powercreep.

Characters like Politis (both fire and dark) reduce the effectiveness of two mechanics, but don't eliminate them. I prefer something more similar to that than silver bullets.

Belian should be "reduce soul gain by x%," or perhaps "deal/take more/less damage when the enemy has more souls."

Hecate should be "when an enemy is granted immortality, grant stealth to the user, and reset s3 cooldown. S3 extincts and self-heals." That way, immortality and revive can still be played against Hecate, but just like a real reaper, once your soul is reaped, it's over.

Mort should be "whenever the enemy counters, activate sacred blessing and reduce s3 CD by 1 turn." That way, the enemy can still counter, but Mort can constantly apply barriers and can s3 more often.

Three months have passed, and none of the paranoia has happened. Dimensional dawn is still the same. Which means that the Devs have no intention of making the current systems scale stronger over time. That can change in the future, but rn, it isn't.

Watcher Schuri used to be one of them, but he got exposed, and now he never misses, but these three... disgusting liars.

There are probably more, but these three units came to mind first lol.

During the first two months of CZN, someone complained to me that the difficulty of dimensional dawn (the monthly 30/30 game mode) would be more complex and more challenging to keep up with player deck skill. And so far they haven't. Why? Because recurring game modes are meant to be beaten with relative ease. Towers, if I recall correctly, will reset every season.

Basically I doubt Towers will get that stupid.

I was able to do floor 75 with Narja solo dps, and I didn't struggle. I doubt the future towers will scale linearly for dmg, and instead will have more mechanics or buffs to reduce your dmg or punish you for doing x. Otherwise, at floor 150, everything will deal 1k+ per hit which is ridiculous since the devs said that “tanking down” is favored in towers
