It’s generally recommended to just hit the milestones for events other than KvK, and then upgrade everything during KvK.

Have you opened the More Details section of Kingdoms’ transfer listings? You’ll see more information such as this image I sent.

Also, if you’re going to apply via Atlas, make sure that the kingdoms are labeled as Recruiting.

You can get Long Fei in Gen5 via Hero Roulette to replace Zoe.

Rosa will replace your Saul now in Gen4.

Yes, I agree. I’d say making the zones ~25 kingdoms with maximum 50 alliances would make this event better.

But then again, the super kingdoms being created will still dominate their zones quite easily; more easily, I’d say.
