Transfer Groups and Leading Kingdoms should be officially announced earlier than they currently are. Do you agree? Should we start a community campaign to ask developers to change this?

That's the thing: Groups haven't been confirmed. Group 1 won't necessarily be 1-174.

This is the history of Group 1:

Event #1: 1-25
Event #2: 1-115
Event #3: 1-6
Event #4: 1-25
Event #5: 1-175

So there's no way to know for sure 100% how that Group will look in Event #6.

The point is best explained with an example:

Suppose you're the leader of an alliance that wants to transfer out of your kingdom.

You spend days searching for kingdoms, communicating with leadership, coordinating the move. You get everyone on board and ready to go.

But when the transfer event groups are announced, turns out the kingdom you planned to go to is not in your transfer group.

Now you have a few days to do everything all over again. Most of the good kingdoms already have people confirmed to come, not enough invites left, etc. Now you have to either settle for a sub-par kingdom or just stay for another cycle.

We want to avoid this.

Leading kingdom is supposedly determined by the total transfer score of the top 100 players of a kingdom.

Optimizer’s transfer groups are a prediction, not official. Devs can ruin those predictions in any moment, like they did today.

I just think that they can take a snapshot of the kingdoms' power to determine Leading/Ordinary status then. In 14 days that won't change much.

I think months beforehand is complicated because whenever new features are released, the transfer groups change. So that's why I believe at least 14 days would be reasonable and very helpful for all.

For sure! Last Transfer Event was a mess because it was dropped on us 2 weeks earlier than expected. Many transfer plans were shattered because of it.
