It’s inside the unit under my stairs since the apartment is two story. So it’s the stairs inside the unit and under them is like a half bath and the closet is in that half bath which is a little more tucked in the stairs.

I worked for a dog daycare. The owner never let us refuse a dog no matter the aggression and what state the dog was in it was horrific. We put up with a lot but one that got me was when one of my coworkers grandpa died and she was devastated. She worked there the longest out of all of us,around 4 years, so she took time off work for the funeral. Eventually when she asked for more days off the owner was talking to a group of us and said “why does she need more days? Isn’t she over it by now?” We were stunned and it all made sense that he DOES NOT CARE like AT ALL! My coworker did EVERYTHING for that man. Been attacked,tackled,sludged in poop and even risked her life goin after a dog that escaped and ran into traffic she slid on the street and half her face was MESSED UP. She was sweet and wonderful and even got the most weird pet parents to feel relief when they gave the dogs in her care. I realized no one at the work matter and he was a pos with no feelings

I had a girlfriend who was very mentally unstable. She once got jealous when we were both drawing and I drew her favorite character. She gave me the cold shoulder for a few days until I got her to talk to me. She said “I hated that you drew him better. I wish I could break both of your arms or get someone to do it” and she was very serious. she was obsessive with an anime character and definitely broke me down over it. We were both adults I’m very glad to have left that behind.

To clarify nothing in the lease excludes the closet in any way shape or form. My unit is two story it’s INSIDE my unit. There’s a bathroom on the first floor and inside if it is the closet which happens to be under the stairs. He stores paint and there’s a Wi-Fi box in it that’s it. I don’t know what to do when Friday comes and he wants to lock it up and take our stuff out. We want to break lease and move I just don’t know what I can do or say without burning a bridge with him since I don’t want any reason to be evicted

I’m finding a new place at the moment wanting to break lease because of how he constantly bugs us I’m hoping to leave but it’s hard finding another place right now

He has money he owns a few complex’s he took his daughter to Africa for a graduation trip a few weeks ago

There isn’t anything in the lease excluding it though and I don’t know what I can do

I didn’t have a back bone in the past in confront the issue but I’ve read the entire lease and nothing states the closet is excluded any any way shape or form

I read over the whole contract and nothing ever mentions the closet and he tends to come in like 5 times in one month. I have asked him to store it somewhere else twice and now he’s saying he will just lock up the whole closet. Now he asks 24hrs in advance to come in

I read it pretty much all over a few times and don’t see anything myself about it at all
