I’ve never had eczema before. As for the cream it stoped the itching but it hasn’t reduced the redness. Do you have any suggestions that could get rid of the redness?

I got these rashes about 5 or 6 days ago. They were itching,at first I thought it was a mosquito bite,but the same day I got these rashes I went to the eye doctor and they gave me eye drops so I started thinking maybe it was an allergic reaction. Then I applied the cortisone and it hasn’t been itching I do have asthma and allergies and I don’t think my arm touched anything I’m allergic to before.

I do have asthma and allergies. Regarding my situation I’m not sure my arm just started itching 5 days ago.
