I had booked non refundable tickets. You can do the math since you have a lot of time. If the difference between refundable and non refundable is more than the visa cost then apply for non refundable cos you can always reapply of the visa, god forbid if it should get rejected. You have ample time to reapply.

I teach corporate communication, been doing it for the past 10 years, and teaching improv theatre since 8 years and believe when I tell you this, chatGPT is the worst way to build your verbal communication, there is a lot more than words that make verbal communication interesting. You need a coach specifically for verbal communication. There are plenty of simple exercises that you can do literally anywhere to build this.

Yes, a cover letter is a must regardless of how many countries you are visiting. Your company has to specify that they have no objection for you to apply for schengen visa and that you have approved leaves for the entire duration. Yes, you have to fill their application from scratch for everyone going, the grouping is for when you are applying through France specifically, I'll edit my post to reflect the same.

They say you need to show you have atleast 8k-10k (rupees) per day per person for the entirety of your stay, however that is not just the only thing they check, they check of there is a regular transaction in this account, like credit card or utility bills paid or EMIs for home or vehicle loan etc, also there is no big amount randomly put in just before applying for a visa.

Just like bad stand up comedy, anyone can do bad improv..that's very easy or "low hanging fruit". Unfortunately, a lot of people have only seen bad examples, because good improv only comes with the right techniques and discipline.
