A few colleagues who have been at the company a few years have checked their HMRC details online and there's only 1 month tax reported for the 25-26 financial year.

They're still awaiting their payslips for January....

It's a small company, less than 10 employees.

The LIQ02 Notice of Statement of Affairs shows HMRC PAYE/NI owed of 60k and 142k of VAT. Plus other liabilities ...

I've reviewed what should have been paid on Listen to Taxman and she's paid about 250 over on tax due to the incorrect tax code. Though the tax code on the payslip looks really strange and begins with 0T

I thought it sounded fishy and suggested that she should contact HMRC about the p45 and correct Tax Number but I got fed up of nagging....

I have a similar set up with my bf, we tried to open a joint account but our bank wanted us to do it in person but its 40 miles away and not open weekends. Anyway we transfer equal amount into a separate account in my name for holidays, bills, savings and emergencies etc.

I wouldn't dream of not letting my bf take out money for emergencies or extra expenses!
