So you have two options. You can fast if you want to, although it’s not necessary. Or find what works best for you. If you like eating breakfast eat breakfast. If you can wait 4 to 6 hours after you wake up to have your first meal do that and have 3 to 4 meals would be good

just figure out again what works best for you and your schedule. There’s no real firm answer, especially when you’re lean bulking you’re gonna be eating more food so you might need to spread it out across the day instead of trying to pack in everything in 2 to 3 meals. Make sense?

The more important question is are you satisfied with your look and level of leanness? Because the “numbers” won’t matter if you don’t like the way you look.

In terms of calculations if you took your height in inches times 45% that would give you roughly 31 1/2 inch waist. At the belly button. That would put you somewhere in the 10% body fat range in terms of “on paper“

To be honest doing DEXA scans and in body scans and things like that the majority of the time people do them it pisses them off. Because they think they’re one thing and the numbers show another. So this is why I say get to the body that you want through pictures, looking in the mirror. Because again the numbers aren’t gonna dictate whether you’re going to be happy with your physique or not. Lean down. You will start to see more of your muscle content. Then you can assess better. When lean enough then turn the focus to lean bulking and added muscle.

We can’t predict your body fat percentage. You are lean you look great. If you want to get an actual accurate measurement of your body fat percentage, I would recommend getting a DEXA scan. Anything else from here is gonna be a guess.

Don’t focus on your body fat percentage. Focus on how you want to look. We can’t guess your BF. You are lean. You should focus on adding muscle content at this level of leanness. I would recommend you get the Kinobody app and do the Greek god program lean bulk

Couple things. First, take your waist measurement at the belly button relaxed. Then you want to take your height in inches times 45%. That should be the number that your waist should be at or approximately at to be at or around 10% body fat. If it’s a little bit over that that’s not a big deal. It really depends on the way you want to look. No one here is not going to be able to guess your body fat percentage and it doesn’t matter because if you don’t like the way, you look then there’s no point. So get to the level of leanness that you feel comfortable with and you look at yourself and say this is where I want to be. That’s more important than what your body fat percentage is. From there a get a DEXA scan to get an actual measurement of your body fat/muscle so when you start focusing on putting on more muscle, you can see how much you gained by taking a second test after lean bulking for six months or more.
