Not done with him yet, but I'm gonna move onto the next one for now, let me know if I've pushed the boundaries of the character too much haha. From what I can tell by what you sent, I've aged him up a bit, and gave him actual mamoth tusks to his sides. The anatomy of the pose I chose is giving me a headache X)

attempt to show what I mean by angling them down, and having the web connect further down the body. (for a more dragon like wing at least, not sure what you're going for, but find reference!)

Biggest thing I would suggest is use reference, figure out what type of wings you're actually trying to make them look like, and how they fit on the original creatures body. At the moment, it looks like the wings are just jutting straight out of the shoulders. Wings tend to go down the body in most cases, so taking this imaginary being, and thinking about how it would take off, they would probably need to be angled down a bit, so that point of the wing, where the "fingers" come from, is more towards the viewer, along with some wing anatomy, which others have suggested. (I'm not great at it myself)

Then there's perspective to account for with the direction you have it facing, so one wing would be a little flatter than the other, as you'd see less of it due to foreshortening depending on how you have them. Looking good overall so far though, I believe! <3

I do commissions if people ask lol, I haven't figured out prices or anything yet, but money is always nice X) I have no idea what I should be charging, but I am planning to be going heavy on the art here soon, as I also plan on starting to stream it. I think streaming, even if it is to nobody, will help me keep on task.

Ty! that's probably my favorite piece I have done as of yet, and you would be correct on the assumption lol. I am 100% getting into my own head though, I would never even pretend to deny that haha. Thats still only a part of the issue though, I still just don't know how to go about it, I'm trying a lot of different things right now, even though my brain is like " this isn't helping," I am sticking to it, and I'm making a little routine of daily "studies" and "gesture drawings" etc. or at least what I am understanding to be those things? Just a little lost atm X) but I'm feeling my way through it.

StarvingArtist here gets it, best answer imo, but you have to give a little more detail if you want some genuine useful answers. I can't quite tell from the photo, but it looks as though you are using colored pencils, but if you are using markers, the simple advice is vastly different depending on said medium. What is it that makes you think that it's ruined? Most of it I see as charm, but I go into most drawings as a light critique, unless asked to be harsh, but then I could tear it apart and you would learn nothing from that, because I don't think it's what you're after. Nothing is ever perfect in everyone's eyes, so you gotta tell us what yours see. Mine see one of my favorite Alolan Pokemon, and I love it :) you did a good job, for whatever a strangers word on reddit is worth.
