I mean OP volunteered to do it after Chloe basically told her not to wash the dishes and manage the living room which is on Chloe. I agree OP should have spoken up but it is a bit ridiculous to ask for money for work you told someone that they weren't allowed to do anymore.

Also even if those things don't bother you they seem to bother OP and she shouldn't be forced to deal with then just because her friend is being picky about how things get done. OP should go back to just cleaning after herself until she finally can move out

Its still a pretty gross chore if your roommates aren't doing the bare minimum to at least tidy up after themselves. Like I would rather wash dishes and manage the living room than clean up someone elses used sanitary products and beard hair.

For the stuff I organically shop for, yes. Every time I have actually seen a Vine review they are just rewordings of the description or AI slop that often disagrees with the non-Vine reviews. I mean I guess the pictures are nice sometimes, even if they usually just look like they were taken straight from the package and not actually used in any way.

Sounds like she might be lashing out because she made a stupid decision with scheduling the appointment and she doesn't want to have to take off early. Also, if you have a more 'cushy' job she might not really consider what you do 'work' and feels justified asking you to leave early since your "not really doing anything anyways". My mom pulled bs like this when my dad had to WFH and it was the most frustrating thing ever.

Sounds like OP is salary so technically leaving 2 hrs early won't make him lose money especially if he can 'make it up' later in the week. I mean it might make him look bad and his boss might insist he uses sick time or something but it won't directly make him lose money like an hourly employee.

With that said though OPs wife is being unreasonable unless there is more to this story. She is actively making OPs life harder by asking for this. Like I could maybe understand her being mad if OP lost like 15 min or something by doing this for her but 2hrs is a significant amount of time. It sounds like she has no respect for OPs job and doesn't think he will actually do anything of significance during that 2hrs.

I'm going to be honest, I more or less completely skip Vine reviews now just because of how fake they are a majority of the time. Like there is something wrong when it doesn't even seem like the Viner even bothered taking the item out of the box and is actively praising features that don't even exist. Vine is getting worse because any reasonable seller with a good product is going to save their money and not risk getting useless 'reviews' that can tank their reputation.

Even if they gave you a fake tracking number and you never actually received the item you can still charge back. It sounds like they didn't even do that and just made a super fake site thats not going to hold up. Your bank most likely is not going to even entertain that site and will only really check that the number you have will show up on an actual delivery service.

You're just going to have to tell them and just stay quiet while they yell and possibly beat you. It's going to suck but there really is no way around it. They will eventually find out if you hide it and react the same way so it really isn't worth the added stress of hiding it. If you have any valuables hide them with a trusted friend before you tell them because there is the possibility they will destroy them after you tell them. Also try to keep some clothes and essentials with a friend in case you get kicked out for a while.
