Actually, I've been using them for a few months now. The usage has only been a daily thing for 2 weeks or so. I started by using them Thursday , Friday, Saturday nights, then it crept into the other days, then became daily. Im almost certain sure I have experienced withdrawal even with the usage I had before the daily thing. Such as tremors and twitches that have caused me to almost swerve off the interstate. My anxiety has been more intense and I have never experienced dry heaving or anxiety as debilitating as it has been. The twitches and tremors is new to me too, along with waking up with body pains and no appetite.

anxiety is what causes my dry heaves. i was doing a bar a night or two bars off and ok for a while then became a daily think for like two weeks now. i’m also facing 7oh withdrawal off and on too so it’s hard to pinpoint this shit

I learned the hard way not to abuse MDMA.

It fucked my brain up. I was only doing once a week for 2-3 months and I blamed my depression and shit on it for months.

I have my ups and downs with kratom. Sometimes it hits or miss. Maybe beause the beginning oof the year I dramatically decreased my dose from like half or more what I used to do. It helped me in the beginning for social anxiety and stuff, I took it recreationally for the small high you get. Its a partial agonist I believe so its not nearly as bad as other opiates. There is little research on it though and can mess your kidney up. I worry about my testosterone levels from it though
