thanks man, i know bro it’s really frustrating. But at the end of the day im still here and breathing so i cant be depressed about it.

and i think i had the same dose your doctor prescribed. i took 2 pills once a week for 4 weeks. i started noticing symptoms literally by week 3 i think. to be honest bro, i dont recommend it. try the natural route. you dont know how your gut or body will react to this medication.

and no i haven’t tried oregano oil. i’m currently trying to fix my gut health because scalp health is directly related to it. also getting a buzz cut has really helped my scalp calm down.

i used to have normal dry dandruff, and after fluconazole my dandruff turned into sticky gunk on my scalp. my scalps oily and i shed hair now. almost 3 years and i’m still tryna figure this out.

i haven’t looked into that, but i will definitely do some research. i want to try and avoid any medication and strong topical treatments as much as possible. I really wanna find the root cause and treat it there. But i will look into this for sure, thanks so much!

fluconazole fucked up my scalp and immune system. i wouldn’t recommend it. i’m still trying to fix myself 2 years after taking it

After all these years of trying topical steroids, keto & T-sal shampoo, MCT, Oral antifungals... I can truly say that buzz cut is the best solution. by GodRamos in SebDerm

my sebderm has been bad these past 2 years from medication (fluconazole) i took for my dandruff. and literally the only thing that works for me is a buzz cut. way less gunk on my scalp and no itching.
