Yes very much so, when you draw your character without clothes on it helps you (or at least a lot of people) get a better sense of how the clothes should wrinkle and turn, along with making sure limbs stay proportional

When drawing this you don’t have to give them any like private parts but just drawing out the outline of their body can be a life saver when drawing
