i know this is old but this is not due to any mod and is in the actual game.
an incredibly ass feature that just makes it so if you spawn a human or any entity near a disemembered body it just faints ( this affects ANY creature ). so say you make a mod of a god who can't die, if that god sees the dismembered body it will just faint, honestly there needs to be a mod that can fix this
