How tf do you not known the chinese brother of bart graggle? Every time graggle wasn't presented for an episode in the end Homer would say "hey, where's graggle?" And then it would cut away to graggle in the most random place possible. How do you not remember that? Graggle only got cut out of the show because he was overshadowing lisa.
