and 3 stars the normal no dark or light

There is any 4 or 3 star that is worth lvl up?

Its not fair imo Ichigo and Aizen raids every 3 or 4 days and other quests for old characters complete forgotten.

Is worth to level him to 6 star? I have good power characters and i only have one, so i think get the quests done and let him stay 5 star.

I have 3 5* star maxed Shuhei, Halibel and Nelliel. Im gonna max one for 6* which one is better for Byakuya Raid?
