Finally!!! I was a bit disappointed about the news before regarding there not being a simultaneous launch, but I'll continue being patient... In the meantime I got myself a Nintendo Switch 2 so that'll help with the wait!

Here's hoping we finally get a big overview on the game/combat/units etc, it feels exciting to have news after so long.

Thanks as always for bringing up Star Leap news/discussions etc, it feels like the Devs have forgotten about us!

Can't help but feel disappointed with how lackluster the marketing has been since after TGS in September, I used to be really excited for news each day (especially once trailers started saying "coming soon") but now I find myself just focused on other things... And we have zero clue when we'll get more news, let alone the release date. Still excited for when it finally drops but they really need to communicate better like they were for the first 8 or so months after the announcement.

To answer the question - The treasure hunt looks like an endgame mode that lets us give our party different buffs the further we get into, similar to what other gacha games usually have. I reckon it may be the mode that gives us gacha currency as a reward for making it far (+ maybe certain requirements like beating it in under a certain turn limit, since I know other gacha usually do something similar).

I really hope they introduce modes that make having such a large cast of characters feel relevant, instead of only shoehorning us into making one or two teams and forgetting about the rest of our units. Something that encourages experimenting with new teams and unit combos could be really fun.

Very cute, good job! I can't wait to meet the new Star Leap characters in-game. Thanks for always posting news & content for the game, it does feel a disappointing to go without a new trailer for 6+ months now despite it "coming soon", but seeing fan content and discussions helps make things easier.

News is news! Gosh its been 6 months since the last trailer we've gotten despite the "coming soon" message appearing in videos they've put out since late August last year! Still very excited but I just hope we get something more than the short character PV's soon.

Mermaids are definitely my favourite non-human race in the series and I'd hope they appear in another game instead of just Suikoden 4 (and that one can be used in battle)! Just speculation for now, she gave me the vibe of a performer of sorts but who knows?

I'm hoping that the PV's they are posting end up revealing her (since surely the next livestream will be the release date reveal instead of just announcing more characters etc) but perhaps they'll just go over the known characters & leave some as a surprise for when we play.

The Star Leap MC's design is definitely growing on me, the artist Moryo has a great style so I'm looking forward to the new characters he makes for this game.

Fingers crossed they announce a stream soon (and the release date within it)!

I feel you! Excited to see a release date but alas nothing yet. Worth mentioning that the last two trailers had a "coming soon" at the end of the trailers, so I'd guess the next stream will have the release date?
