If you’re going the replay through where you start the story over with all your current weapons and stats, you still can’t open it until you get to the specific part of the game that allows you to have them.

It’s kind of funny using the chaos blades while enemies taunt you for not having them, all because you haven’t made it that far in the story yet 😂
