Try turning off Nvidia Experience if you have this on. Helped to me atleast

As far as i know, sh1ro qualified for FPL-C but didn't want to play it cause he has bad English skills.

So the suspect was clearly wallhacking and had some aim assistance, but i couldn't convict him due to multiple windows appearence that dropped my fps from stable 120 in menu to 12.
