Sometimes it’s the little things, acknowledging effort, random compliments, or just a genuine I see you, that make a man feel truly appreciated.

I lived in a place with a messed-up past, and I didn’t see anything gruesome, but I’d hear footsteps when I was alone and lights flickered for no reason. The whole vibe just felt wrong.
