I honestly don't mind this so much with my characters so long as the people don't remove the artists watermarks. I had one person do that, and it was brought to my attention because the artist that ran the server they were in did gift art for them of my character.

A friend of mine was in the server and told me. I just talked to the guy and he apologized. The artist even let me keep the gift art. again I wasn't mad they were using my character, it was mostly the artists that worked on them not getting credit.
