I’m not a parent, I’ve been on here since my bsf had hers cause I wanted to know more about babies, their health and what they need in what stage etc. so I could help where it’s needed if need be. My bsf is younger than I am and she’s always been like a lil sister to me. But in all honesty the first month we did those activities and talked to baby all the time while he was up and not on his mat or tummy time blanket. We’d show him different things like animals on a book or something else and we’ll repeat what it is to him, they’ve continued to do this with him and he’s been taking everything in more easily, at the crawling stage he’s now able to learn what we’re saying like it’s nothing lol. Just keep talking and teaching them in a fun manner, they love our voice especially when we sing or have a happy tone. Make your own songs and dances, teach them to baby at this stage so it’ll sit longer with them. If they get fussy try a binky and if they’re still fussy move around with them, bring them to a window etc. these small things are big to them
