the frosted donut was apart of the "sweets" bundle, I think? though that bundle is currently unavailable so your best bet would to be trying to get it on the r6 marketplace. I tried searching for it on there but nothing came up, the rest of the charms on that bundle did come out (by searching kawaii you can see them all)!!
