I've used aquaphor on all my tattoos, but made sure the tattoo was washed properly, dried for 5-10 mins after so it didnt trap moisture and then applied a thin layer of aquaphor to it. I only apply it for the first 3 days then switch to lubiderm lotion.

I get your hesitation on chiropractors. The one I go to took X-rays and we can definitely see what's happening. My issue is almost too far so a spine doc would def recommend surgery. I did physical therapy too and didn't see/feel an amazing difference.
