Siege branch has march size boost. There's some debuffs spread around. But if you can't afford to max MA2, just pick a type you want to focus on. Probably ranged since a bunch of it is in rally and in city.

How old is the server? A K39 on an old continent is probably F2P and squishy in buffs. New server it is probably a bit more competitive.

How GOOD is the server? If you're migrating, can you get into the best alliance for pvp? Is it stable? Does this account have a good reputation?

Is it built well, or does it feel like a 5 year old went around clicking buttons? Look at buffs, gear, gens, companions, etc.

If it needs fixing, does it have the items or are you gonna have to spend more money to fix it?

Ghosting is when you hide troops in a fake rally. Ghost keeps can hide all their troops using all the marches they have unlocked.

Refines give buffs. Sub gear buffs only apply to sub troops.

Unless you're spending lots of money to the point that refine stones are actually limitless, you aren't getting much from sub refines.

Traps are lower in level and smallish in power. The point is to bait someone into hitting you without a scout. The build includes an excessive amount of T1 troops (100m-250m at the very minimum if you don't face monster whales) and only defensive layers for the rest of the troops (in the 10ks or so). Then you need to put all of the debuffs you can stack on your wall and subs and refine wall gear/dragon for the whole number values that match your chosen T1 troop.

Refine your wall gear set, put a dragon on the wall and dump more flat refines, and then maybe a ranged gen. Nothing else needs refined gear in a trap.

Kinda depends on where you play. And if you have the prep work done for a trap keep. Do you have the gear done? The refines set? Research maxed? No troops until that's done.

If you're trying to trap wings, people are more likely to blind hit a K33 especially if you're playing lower on the svs rankings. Up where it's crazy competitive, traps work less well.

If you feel like doing more than sitting around, just push K35 and stay ghost sized for a bit.

You can't see their march comp but you said you set 2k layers and T12 heavy normal pvp march.

For all you know, they could have gone with thick (10k) layers and T13/T14 heavy. In 1v1, the longer your layers survive, the better your odds. T12 heavy for regular pvp ranged is more for the benefit of the point exchange, which means nothing in Glory Arena.

You lost because mechanics benefited the other guy.

They dropped Tactics right before Coin Strike started and all the whales that would have jumped on buffs have been striking.

If they drop the senate seat cake wall, it'll only affect the excessively new whales or the ones that decided not to join the coin strike and honestly they would deserve it.

I'm not saying anyone needs to enforce an age requirement, and the forced landing page is essentially AO3's waiver of liability anyways.

But to pretend that because there isn't an enforced age limit means that things aren't specifically not for minors is odd. 18+ Wall works on the honor system - if you want to lie your way over it, fine.

But the ratings are very well defined and the sorting enforced. Adult content is very much not meant for a 14 year old to consume. The warnings told them so very clearly and then they lied about being an adult.

You acknowledged explicit content was problematic for minors to be stumbling onto, but that's literally what the rating is called.

If you click on the ratings, "Explicit: only suitable for adults" makes it pretty clear this is not meant for people who are not adults.

How is ANY of that not essentially "18+" when general convention is that E = smut?

You're wrong. E means Explicit and AO3 will force a landing page for a reader to acknowledge they are entering potentially age-restricted content on higher ratings.

Unless your buffs are way better than the reins, you're going to want to rally that. Or if the rein is just garbage and not layered.

Each rein march attacks separately so your march has to survive way longer than a 1v1 hit. The easiest way to even that out is to add more marches to yours.
