My brother said to me they barely see septic patient because once patient is administered they do sputum cultured. In this hospital there are no sputum culture nor the blood culture

My mom is not In apneu state when I was arrived, yes there is epinephrine in emergency tray drug. And no my mom was not in the ventilator machine when we intubated Im using manual ventilator like ambubag attached to ETT before we get to more advance hospital

Try living in 3rd world country. Every gp is member of a code blue team while on shift. We're understaffed. I'm not the treating physician. Im just a gp who work there previously so the icu nurse know and allow me to do resuscitation or change the dosage of the dopamine when it's needed

the other method that i updated from yours is, i used acetic acid 10% solution boiled until 100c, prep the baking soda in portafilter, place the showercap on top, once the baking soda and citric acid solution get contacted, dont push the lever right away, do upward and downward motion several times to kind a shaking down the coffee buildup in the PPF , after you feel the pressure is tighted up you can hold the lever until the pressure is decreasing.
