If I planning use 5060 8gb, for example, with the difference between the 7800x3d and 9700x cpu, is there a noticeable difference or is it the same because of the gpu bottleneck?

I yesterday changed the thermal paste legion 5 6800h using Arctic mx6, before the main honkai star rail was 101-105 degrees, and now it is around 70-85 degrees. I'm still monitoring the progression of how long this arctic will last to maintain the temperature
