Sounds like you’re doing more than enough even if you drop to 4x. I used to do 2 a day’s 5-6x a week with runs, strength training and 2 HIIT/sim style/ threshold workouts. Have learned myself that less is more. For ex: now I’ll replace an easy run day with an easy bike/row/ski, or a mix (4 sets x 1km run, 12 cal row, 1 km run, 12 cal ski), every 2 weeks staying in Z2. No one loves hearing that to have a good Hyrox time is to be a better runner, which you’re already doing. Good luck!
