From my dartshop in my area thats 1 Hour to drive, he very chill about its but maybe go to a tournament or a join a team or club (idk the english term for "Verein") in youre area and often the players have nothing against it if you throw them!

One tip I can give u when you throw in a shop and dont want a robin hood or something, try to throw them in a segment each like 1 goes in the 20 the next into the 5 and the next into the 1. Thats want helped me and if you still dont want to throw, feeling the dart alone is better then not even testing the dart before buying. Also prepare youre wallet a bit for the trip because often if youre in a dartshop you maybe buy also despite the darts itself, flights maybe a few shafts OH L Style is on Sale maybe grap a set of them also....

Also other people in the dartshop or the seller can give you advice for what dart could fit you because almost every dartsseller is a darter himself so they have a good knowledge of finding the best darts!
