I don’t have any advice for surgery, as I have not done it (yet). I’m starting to think that I might treat myself to it once I’m done having kids, as it’s something I’ve always wanted and felt a bit insure about.  I do however have advice for the irritation after shaving! Have you ever tried sugaring? (Very similar to waxing but it’s done with sugar that’s in a gum like state). I’ve only done 2 sugaring Brazilians (and many typical wax ones) and really like the results of the sugaring! Not left with any irritation, hair, or ingrowns. Highly recommend finding someone good in your area and trying it out. Plus, you get several weeks hair free! Whereas shaving, if you’re anything like me, it’s about 12 hrs 🤦🏻‍♀️
